When I was little, I ate very few foods - crackers, one type of cereal, sausages, raisins and little else. Mostly brown coloured foods! And only one toothpaste and only certain brands of food. My mum used to live in fear of those brands being discontinued!
Our family life was governed by this and we couldn’t go to places like cafes easily, and holidays were tough. But now I’m a teenager and I’ve learned to love food! It wasn’t straightforward and took some time. And there is no one size fits all - what works for me might not work for someone else. But I hope that you will find something you like on my site, some food for thought!
