Pies by post!

I was thinking about the easiest way to cook for people at Christmas and this is what I thought of! Jarvis Pickle pies (jarvispickle.com).

I first ate these pies at a lovely pub in Northumberland, loved them, and then found out that they were made just across the border in Scotland.

I did more research and found that you can order them by post! You can also buy them in more expensive places like Fortnum & Mason.

So my mum ordered some for my birthday!

If buying by post, they arrive ready to bake (takes 20 minutes to bake) or you can freeze them (baking from frozen takes 40 minutes).

I particularly like their vegetarian and vegan flavours.
